Silverstorm faction has a reputation for being one of the nicer groups. The harsh living environment they are from has made their interactions with true enemies surprisingly few. Parallel fits that general description by being a bouncy, friendly little feline. She's just one of many Silverstorm 'kittehs. Hasn't done anything particularly noteworthy whether positive or negative, but there's nothing wrong with that!
