"I can avoid being seen if I wish, but to disappear entirely? That is a rare gift."
A phenomenal cinematic commission from the awesome

Aragorn frankly is one of my very favorite characters of the series, as there are so many attributes he embodies in the story that I aspire to, and do hope are reflected in the things that I do, in particular the humility he demonstrates throughout the series. There is something to be said about one who holds the authority over all the kingdoms of man pledging his life and service to a half-ling whom he only recently met who but has the trust of a single man, Gandalf.
At any rate, hopefully it does give a bit more insight to Mag as a character as well, in knowing some of these attributes I'd like reflected in him.

Ah!
This quite the excellent question, though I do not think I have the depth of OCs to quite fulfill the whole fellowship XD
Still, I probably should give some thought to that, just what anthro each member would be based on the characteristics and traits each different animal has an apply the anthro that best fits. *ehem* but may be another thought for another time since I've invested some considerable creative energy to some other projects XD

That -is- a good question.
If you take whole groups to be the same species, I'd have to think the dwarves are like wombats. They're short, stocky, very strong, spend a lot of time underground, don't talk much and are surprisingly dangerous - but hard to take seriously.
I'm still laughing about "You'll have to toss me...".
The elves are cunning and sly, always scheming in the background. They feel like foxes to me, but perhaps that's being intellectually lazy.
I can't work out what species the men should be - the riders of Rohan feel like horses of some description, but what about the Rangers? Should they be a different breed of horse, or are they a predator - perhaps a wolf?
Perhaps the Orcs are jackals, as they work in packs.
And the tricksy little hobbitses... I have no idea.
That was a fun thought experiment. At least the Ents can stay as trees.
Cheers,
Aly.
