Montel was previously teasing everyone by wearing a shirt and doing a strip tease. But apparently some furries didn't take too kindly to that. They ganged up on Montel, tied his legs together with his own lifeguard tube, and restrained his arms in his own shirt he was teasing with. Now Kyle the fox is given the task of punishing Montel. Kyle starts by testing to see how ticklish Montel is in his bellybutton. And as you can see, Montel is quite ticklish there, and perhaps in other places.
Montel's fans: ...you are NOT allowed to tease us with a shirt. Or really, own any shirts at all. I don't know who gave you that silly idea, but they are incorrect. Therefore, you will be punished by being tickle tortured by a fox. I hear they are quite evil. I trust this will never happen again? Thank you!
