Axis is a dark entity, the dark side of the moon.. the eclipse... the blood moon. Aysel, this chick http://stormful.deviantart.com/art/.....-5-6-564214609 is named after the moon-- while Axis is her darker half that resurfaces every 10 years to wipe out a huge chunk of humanity. Axis is the final boss, the collector of great powers, that created the Seasons... which are the 4 gems and monsters I've submitted previously.
You start off in fall, the season of change... it's the start of a change for Aysel, she's departing on her quest, something she absolutely doesn't even want to do, but has to for her brother and home. She get's to winter, the season of frozen time. The quest is bitter and brutal, and it's hard to keep going but she does it- she defeats the bird and collects the second power. Spring rolls around, and with it unearths the bug. It's colorful, it's bright, the weather is lovely- it's a tough match but man she's got the hang of this and things are looking good. Then... summer. She lets her confidence get the better of her, and the flood and drought monster get the better of her, breaking her down. But... she beats the monster out of anger and spite, and questions her morality. However- before she can decide if she should quit and turn back, if she should return the powers.... it's too late, and Axis is summoned.
He asks Aysel to hand over the 4 powers, but she refuses. The final battle begins :'D
