I didn't just want to combined my day 14 with 18, I wanted to take aspects of each for a new character.. and I"m REALLY happy with this one
One of the laws of the dead that Eli, Lind, Mas and Ollie all follow.... are to not make contact with the living or the above ground in their city.
This lady... monster... being... does not follow said rules. Being a combination of pure depression and the desire to tear things apart- and purge all things impure, she's keen on keeping the streets 'clean' at night. So if you're out late at night caught in the rain and you see a tall lady in an overcoat, get da fuk outta there.
