With a title like that I kinda wish this was a promo for an awesome comic or something.
Unfortunately it isn't. ^^;
She's a mysterious (as in I haven't given her a name) super hero, that generates ball lightning from her hands, which she also uses to levitate and fly. She wears a shiny skin-tight rubber suit because...er... electricity and stuff...
