A trade done by friend and talented  Rickanovas

After seeing how buff Jerald is, Kasey decided to join Jerald's weightlifting class to get buff as well. Of course things started off easy by lifting simple weights and exercises. But as he went on, the training began to get more intense. Especially with bench presses. Kasey was able to do a few sets, but began to lose strength.

Jerald: Come on Kasey! You can do it! Just 5 more!

Kasey felt like his arms were going to fall off, but he pushed himself. He kept gazing up at Jerald's buff, shirtless body to help motivate himself to get buff. He lifted the heavy weights 4 more times, but struggled again on the last one.

Jerald: Push Kasey! Push!

Kasey could feel his body beginning to burn and sweat. But it was one more, and he could do it. Kasey grinned his teeth, then yelled out loud, and pushed with all of his might. He completed the final rep, and Jerald quickly grabbed the weights and set them back on the rack. Kasey went limp and was panting while sweating. Jerald helped him up.

Jerald: Alright Kasey! You did it! *pats Kasey's stomach* You'll be buffed up in no time! *flexes*

Kasey smiles and playful punches Jerald's rock hard abs. And the two walk off to the locker room.
