I decided to reach and help some poor unfortunates villains who can not seem to catch a break. Villains who should succeed by even dumb luck, but always seems to robbing the bank on police payday. I heard a story that some guys tried to rob the bank, it was payday for the FBI, the police, or some law enforcement agency. They walk into the bank draw their guns and all of the customers pull their guns.
There are all sort of Rescue shows like "Bar Rescue," there are rescue shows for hotels, restaurants, hair salons, and tattoo parlors. The plot goes like this, a business is failing and the rescuers sends people undercover into the business. The disaster that is the business is showed. and then make improvements to save the establishment.
Well we have two of most successful villains Lex Luthor and Doctor Doom trying to advise the failed villain the Hooded Claw on how to do away the plucky Penelope Pitstop. He is doing his usual monologue. This is going to be a challenge.
Penelope Pitstop is a fictional character who appeared in the Hanna-Barbera animated series Wacky Races, and starred in the spin-off The Perils of Penelope Pitstop, voiced by Janet Waldo. http://godzilla713.deviantart.com/a.....aldo-481284297 http://godzilla713.deviantart.com/art/CARTOON-INTERLUDE-Janet-Waldo-482625692
The Perils of Pnelope Pitstop, a spinoff from Wacky Races which features Penelope as the lead character, is set in the 1920s. Penelope is a traditional "damsel in distress" stock character as in the old serial The Perils of Pauline. Her catchphrase is "Help, help!" (spoken in an affected non-rhotic upper-class U.S. South accent, and pronounced "HAY-ULP"). She displays a curious combination of ingenuity and helplessness. She often figures out clever ways to get out of perils and is very athletic; if any sport happens to be mentioned, it is revealed that she was the women's champion in said sport in college. Nonetheless, when her nemesis the Hooded Claw, voiced by Paul Lynde (who, unknown to her, is her guardian Sylvester Sneekly) grabs her, she is somehow incapable of doing anything other than yelling for help. She will occasionally flee from his clutches, running in an unusual goose-stepping stride. Also in the background helping her out of her perils are the minuscule Ant Hill Mob and trusty old classic car Chuggaboom (which is actually based on another team from Wacky Races).
The Hooded Claw also known as Sylvester Sneekly is the guardian of Penelope Pitstop and the main antagonist of The Perils of Penelope Pitstop. He is voiced by Paul Lynde.
His character is really (and physically) Penelope Pitstop's guardian and love interest, Sylvester Sneekly, in disguise. His main goal in the series is to do away with Penelope so he can take her fortune for himself in 1914.
In the episode "Big Top Trap", he actually reveals that he's Sylvester Sneekly (the Hooded Claw) to Penelope, but she doesn't believe him, thus still leaving her in the dark.
At the end of each episode, the Hooded Claw always vows to the viewers and the narrator that the next time, he would finally get rid of Penelope and take her fortune.
When he fails to get rid of Penelope as she was rescued by The Ant Hill Mob or being outsmarted by Penelope who manages to escape from his traps, his catchphrase is "Blast!".
Doctor Doom (Victor Von Doom)The Latverian Monarch known to many as Doctor Doom was born a brilliant person named Victor Von Doom. In a deal with the devil, his mother sacrificed her soul in return for her son to be a ruler. He spent much of his life studying both dark magic and science, only to have his plans continually foiled by meddling superheroes. As monarch of Latveria, Doom's rule is dealt with a heavy hand. Between his time platform (the first known time machine on Earth) and his doombots (robotic replicas of himself with artificial intelligence), Doom is a brilliant inventor and scientist. While at the same time, he is one of the most powerful sorcerers in existence, making him easily amongst the most dangerous villains on Earth.
Lex Luthor is one of the most dangerously intelligent men on the planet- a super-villain, a brilliant scientist, a billionaire industrialist, and Superman's greatest enemy. This combination makes him an extremely powerful and formidable opponent; he is ruthless, efficient and creative. In addition to his personal vendetta against the man who thwarts his every scheme, he despises the alien Man of Steel from an ideological standpoint for contradicting his human achievements. He has always been a controversial figure in the public eye due to Lexcorps's corrupt business dealings, but he has also maintained political popularity. He has been a member of the Injustice Gang, the Injustice League, the Secret Six, the Secret Society of Super-Villains, the Justice League, and Project 7734. Lex Luthor was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and has had a lengthypublication history first appearing in Action Comics #23 (1940) .
