Long story short, I'm writing a fan fiction where I added skinwalkers to a specific setting. The middle three vertically (bottom middle, middle middle, and upper right) are characters from the setting, the bottom one was bitten, turned, and bit the other two.
The way I'm writing skinwalkers, they retain their mind but may die in the process of turning when first bitten. They can change form at will and spend time in between human and canine form indefinitely. They have a wide variety of forms usually correlated genetically. They have a reaction to silver similar to a chemical burn, they heal almost anyone wound very quickly but can die from bullets and shrapnel caught inside of them when a wound healed. As skinwalkers are generally noted for looking unnatural, I messed with proportion and form a bit so these don't look quite canine.
My ocs, from top to bottom are:
Russel (the big red one, appearance based on maned wolves, Russel is Zion's biological father and he also turned Zion and Zion's mother.)
Grey (the thin grey one, oldest of the group, he is Zion's uncle on his mother's side.)
Zion (the bottom left corner, a main character of the fic)
Liberty (bottom right, Zion's half-sister related through Russel, she's small, gentle, and peaceful, and thus I decided to base her appearance off a labrador.)
The striped slate one is a very minor character who gets bitten and dies early on.
