New dragon character! I haven't had one in a while, and they're also my first with a scale/fur mix-- Nokomis is all fur, so I've never had the chance to give the new scale technique a shot. Even in spite of that, I'm pretty proud of them.

Rudra is a cyber entity, meaning they can shift between a digital environment and the material world. This is done through the wire on their tail. which is tipped with a malleable substance that can enter nearly any port, be it for a computer, phone, or even a wall socket for travel as electricity. Their elemental energy is stored in their claws, giving them a gold hue-- if it was ever to be depleted, Rudra's claws would become a dull gray. So long as they're in range of any electrical field, they're well off.
