Description: Here's one of my elaborately decorated headdresses, perfect for dancing, costuming, and more! I started with a black dyed coyote face which I reshaped to look more realistic. I sewed a panel of gray leather from a secondhand jacket on the back, and painted it in acrylics. I then sewed an orthoceras fossil to the panel as an additional detail. The edge of the leather is adorned with hand-cut yarn tassels in gray, black and white. It ties on with a pair of straps under the chin. For all its adornment, this headdress is quite lightweight and can be worn comfortably for hours.
This is a one size fits most item; it measures about 23" from nose to end of yarn.
