The Red October Class Tactical Cruiser was commissioned from KarmaTech by the Russian Consortium a year into the Earth-Minbari War. The Red October Class is pretty much a Sunfish Class tipped on it's side and has more weapons, place twin bridge modules. The port side bridge is for fire control, while the starboard one is command and control. She also has a larger thruster assembly then that found aboard the Sunfish Class. A total of twelve Red October Class Tactical Cruisers had been built, six of which survived the Earth-Minbari War.

Dunno of this was your design or not... but there's a few pretty big flaws... like the fact that the main top and bottom turrets can't rotate enough for a broad side, also the placement of the guns actively prevents that, making it useless outside of back line formation. Which is not what a cruiser is supposed to be... Most cruisers are covering vessels, being lightly armed and fast, they can maneuver easily in a formation and generally (at least in a navel sense) will carry a few torpedoes for engaging larger vessels. If you where designing this ship, I'd suggest less torpedo bays to reduce weight, and the ability to broadside an enemy vessel o:
Of course this is all my opinion ^.^ I don't mean any harm.
