Total 3 units, +2 under construction. Based mostly on the Spearhead design, the Medivac class is a hospital ship. It may not be as large as the Mercy class, but this is a result of its original design. It's mission consists of taking wounded off planet to the Medivac which itself leaves the system to the rear area where more suitable facilities like the Mercy Class ships are standing by. Pictured is the EAS Ambulance whose crew has taken an extra precaution against taking fire. It carries 9 atmospheric shuttles and no weapons. The class includes the Medivac, Ambulance, and Dust-Off. (Paramedic and Red Cross under construction)
