^w^ My brother, my mom and I had a family outing the other day at this wonderful local craft brewery. :D Here's a flight of saison-style beers I ordered, all made from the same base saison (which is the one on the far left, already been sipped XD). Then they go left to right: Pear Saison, Ginger Saison, Blueberry Saison, and the Three-way (pear, ginger and blueberries!).
I love the Three-way. X3c And the regular one. But of the single ingredient ones, the ginger is my favorite! (the pear is mom's favorite ^u^)
So we hung out there, had a lot of tastes of these beauts and each of us got a half-pint of out favorite afterwards. ^^ And then walked to get some pizza and let our buzzes wear off. XD We be drinking responsibly!
It was a fine day. ^^ And of course I thought to get photos of some of it. Including the flight, and its cool old tin that it was served on.

:D I love craft breweries. They have all the best stuff. XD
This place is Blue Lab Brewery, in Buena Vista Virginia. They're extremely small so they've yet to bottle anything to sell outside the taproom but they're really awesome. This set of saisons was themed around local ingredients so that would be why such nice flavors were chosen (those were the fruits and such grown at local farms). Most of their beer is experimental since their brewmaster is a mad genius. X3
(Then they make a green chili ale that's amazing also. 8D And instead of a pumpkin beer, they make a yellow squash one... it is also amazing!)

XD AH yes there's a lot of wineries here too, though I've never been to any due to being the only wine-drinker in the family (slowly poking the bro into trying some X3).
