Basicallly he does a handstand, letting his feet shift into a more literal boot form, then swings his legs back in a twist and does a few acrobatics to turn into a formless blob and split in half. he rest of him disappears into the boots as a lining.

Mimics by the way dont have bones to worry about so being THIS flexible isn't so hard. Try not to give this loser too much credit
