Sooooo about a year ago now I uploaded my first piece of babyfur art to FA, and I thought I'd do a little art retrospective and compare how much (I think) I've improved/need to improve on compared to that first pic.

Most notably I think is that my lineart has improved loads, thanks in part to the switch from Photoshop's default brushes to Sketchbook Pro's more pen-like brushes with the added bonus of brush stabilisation.
I've more accurately refined my 'style' of drawing furries too, mostly in the face/eyes and how I ink fur textures. Although I still really need to work on body construction xD
Felix's design changed not long after I made the original pic, so that he looked a bit more 'natural' and somewhat less evil with those red eyes he used to have xD

The only thing that I know hasn't really changed is my shading, which I really really need to get better at by this time next year xD

So yeah, I'm quite happy with the result, hopefully I'll be even betterer come 2017 <3
