He wanted to see his OC Rodent (in a mosquito costume), getting eaten by a random bat.
I guess he also wanted a pic that could also deliver his message for concerns about the Zika Virus in the US.

*Squeaks and smiles* This came out wonderful.
I love the look to Rodent in that mosquito costume, having that wonderfully pathetic "maybe this was a bad idea" type of expression.
And the bat's maw came out fantastic.
The picket poles being used as chopsticks, works beautifully at capturing a casualness to the way the bat is snatching up Rodent as a little snack, as well as the idea that there's already a cure for the virus... just have more hungry bats to deal with all the mosquitoes. :)
