Make sure to pay attention to Tanya's Stats. Charm determines how easily Tanya can sway others and cause them to do her bidding through seduction or other means. Stomach shows how hungry she is. If her meter gets too low, the quest may be railroaded, or Tanya doing something opposite of what the majority of people voted for. Vigor is vital for Tanya to do certain tasks that may require more effort than normal. Vigor can be seen as a combination of energy and mood.
There are also Current Sounds to keep in mind. Tanya is a rabbit with large ears! This means she uses her hearing almost constantly to remain aware of her surroundings. Current sounds can give a hint as to whether you should be careful in a specific situation or can do activities freely.
I'm looking for a lot of participation with this quest, so please chip in! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Voted to run for the shriek. If Kuva is about to get eaten I don't wanna miss it, and if Tanya can get there in time to prevent her from getting eaten, I don't wanna miss that either.
Also, Tanya could be an effective decoy. If Java's attention is on the Kuva and Tanya, Daniel might be able to sneak up and throw that lantern on the creature. (Fire and oil going everywhere usually ruins someone's day pretty quick.)
Tanya just has to find time to tell him that before she runs off to be the hero. If nothing else she at least needs to say something like "We're all counting on you."

Well... should've saw Jabaro being "WTF" stunned coming admittedly.
Well regardless of a choice that in reality wasted time and did not gain us much stats other than one stomach and may have put us in a worse situation than before, we've to make best of new situation and choices at hand to make.
We can either hide which could lead to Kuva getting eaten and then possibly Jabaro too or him fleeing which makes eating Java near to impossible. Might get a distract, but that could back fire since Java would still be able to smell us just as we're likely to hear her.
We can rush in and try to save Kuva, but then we'd be at a massive disadvantage since we'd be making a move while Java can be ready much quicker and retaliate even if she is distracted by Kuva. And we might be very likely to fight her with one member less if Jabaro does not come after us and maybe two members less if Kuva is being eaten at the moment.
Trying to get Jabaro out of it will waste a lot of time that we don't have, but it may be better than fighting Java possibly solo since she could have Kuva in her coils and be about ready to eat her now. Or Java will have eaten Kuva and we wasted too much time before she makes another move and be able to smell or spot us first, then she will have the larger advantage.

If we get the chance to after successively beating Java and saving Kuva and maybe her sibling, I hope there is an option to verbally lay it into Kuva how much of a shit person she is and how much she had ruined the whole mission for reasons of:
A) Endangering her sibling's life by wasting time on petty vengeance by eating Tanya that she started because of her attitude.
B) By endangering herself by running ahead without so much as a god damn brain cell put into her decision and in turn putting everyone at risk.
C) For the fact Tayna is willing to risk a lot for a stranger despite his siblings treating her like crap.
A) Endangering her sibling's life by wasting time on petty vengeance by eating Tanya that she started because of her attitude.
B) By endangering herself by running ahead without so much as a god damn brain cell put into her decision and in turn putting everyone at risk.
C) For the fact Tayna is willing to risk a lot for a stranger despite his siblings treating her like crap.
Hell, if it turns out her sibling is dead then I say drill those points into her skull bluntly and in her face eve more because as much as sympathetic that outcome would be for Kuva, there is still the fact that the whole mission going FUBAR is all her fault still and I don't believe in giving her a easy pass for it.
That for me is why I don't like Kuva, not the fact she ate Tanya and taunts her constantly, it is the fact that she is so stubborn, arrogant, and impulsive while saying she gives a crap about her sibling when all she does it keep making decisions that only make her sibling's chances of surviving worse.

...I still don't understand why people think the snake biting her in there is going to be a problem. If she can hold a whole gazelle in there without taking internal injuries, the snake's not going to be able to do anything. Since you -can- eat venom, so long as you don't have any open wounds.
