First off, please excuse the terrible quality of my phone camera.
So, I've got a 3D printer now and have been doing a lot of playing out with printed models. I thought I'd share a few of them up here.
Here's a bust print I made of my fennec character Alexi. I've honestly printed this guy about 10 times, finally getting the right results this time, while running into and learning from a ton of errors on the way there. At this point I'm still learning how to create models that are optimal for being printed.

Thank you ^^
Do you mean how long to model them, or how long to print?
As far as printing, this guy takes a day and a half to print on my printer, at 150 micron layers. Though this was my learning model. I usually do particle hair, so I had to model it for the first time in a long time. Then I found out that printers don't like intersecting faces, so I had to splice and sew the mesh anywhere you see hair or tufts of fur. So he took 10 runs to get a good print, but it will usually be the first or second run if I have a good model.
