Here's how the link from this page to the next one was done (assuming this works!):
[ url=http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2114888/ ] >>Next page>> [ /url ]
Only without any spaces around the brackets.
You can see where your destination page address is supposed to go, and where you put the words that you want your link to say (in this case, it was the words ">>Next page>>"). Just remember that when you actually type this, you don't want any spaces in the middle of it.

It amazes me how many people still remember that strange little one-shot APA-zine. A few years back, Roz Gibson sold her copy of The NIMH File on eBay for around $80 -- obviously, there's still some interest in it. (It also makes me wonder what I should do with that small pile of those 'zines I still have packed away somewhere...)
