Who’s that with you? I love her design!

In fairness, there are legitimate reasons for all these seemingly bizarre quirks of the working world. The “flaw” question exists in part to evaluate a candidate’s ability to interact effectively, to communicate effectively, and to take responsibility. Punctuality is valued because it is indicative of overall character, and because all too many people will take a mile if they get an inch; being rigid about it allows an employer to deal with those people, who will whine if they are forced to adhere to a standard that isn’t applied to other, less cavalier personalities that are self-disciplined enough not to take advantage.

The irony is that from the outside it all looks capricious, when in fact it all arose out of a desire to minimize caprice.

Thanks! Design is just me trying to draw an old friend as a kitty. I've spent more time than is really needed trying to come up with a good way to draw her furry.

and yeah, I'm sure they have a good reason. I still get to snark it. ;)

Well, she certainly makes a pretty kitty.
