In a lot of ways, I'm kinda jealous of my little brother Gabriel. I was never as smart as him back in high school. I mean, I'm not outright dumb of course but my grades were certainly never so good growing up that I ever got a full blown scholarship to attend one of the best prep schools on the East Coast.
I'm just grateful that he never seemed that much against going to it. It's hard enough having to take care of him by myself, but having one less headache to deal with is always a plus.
Plus, he's never really been the rebelling type anyway. More likely he'd just give a well placed snark and just go along with a change in plans rather well. Though it does make me wonder, does he just say that to make me feel better so he could get away with other stuff behind my back?
Naaaaah! He'd never do something like that!
