I wanted to share this. I grabbed images of Lex from the various comics I've done since I started - from #1 to #12 - just to highlight how things have improved / changed since I started a month ago. I'm super proud of it. I'm getting better with the other characters as well but the recent drawing of Lex just knocked his design out of the park.
The whole reason Space Pawdyssey exists is as a means to encourage me to draw daily and to improve amd grow. It's been nice to see gradual improvements in my art but those improvements are much easier to pick out in the comic. It's also the learning process. What line weights work best? What character designs are most expressive? How can I pull off effective backgrounds even when I'm terrible at them? How can I streamline the process? How can I improve on design elements that bother me?
