Blitzcrank, Nautilus, Thresh (Q and hit an enemy with a broken hit box.)
Zilean: (Land Q on a stealthed ally twitch/rengar/shaco then enemy will go "wtf this level 1 damage?"
Morgana: (100 year stun and another 100 year stun for the whole enemy also revealing stealth champs)
Nami and Janna: (100 year whole team knock up, buffs for days, their buffs made em very popular with Twitch, garen, draven, vayne, nocturne, jax, yi... and many more)
Soraka (heal heal heal then get hard focused by a coordinated enemy later when your out of hp).

Twitch is actually the only adc i ever play XD he is so cute and i own 1 skin per champ with twitch being one of the few i own all skins on even the limited rare one.
