After hearing the expression "Laughter is the best medicine" for a passing pony, Pinkie decided to let it to get to her head and become the best clinic in Ponyville with the 'best medicine' in town. Ponies would sign up for an afternoon of relaxation, but end up restrained for hours into the night with only a mixture of N2O and an enthusiastic nurse Pinkie to give them more.
