This is true. His sacrifice was kinda iffy. It was hard to tell if he died or not. It points to yes but it also points to somehow him surviving as a big ol' pupper. I mean why else would his vice captain "rescue" him. I dunno. I figured he became like the elder.

He didn't die. He just lost his humanity as in his human form. He will be like his grandpa in that he's going to be a giant wolf.

the last time he is shown, he went with iba, on all fours, as a dog, thinking about that he deserves it in some way, since he lost himself to revenge
so i guess, he is an intelligent dog in the seventh squat now, protected by it´s current captain

Ending was pretty nice but left a lot of questions unanswered. Komamura is the final big push that got me into the furry fandom to begin with, o a lot of respect for the big guy. Well done!

I know right? Wtf happened to our favorite detergent characters? Like how the fuck did Kira survive that giant gaping hole in his chest and how is he anyways afterwards? What happened to Byakuya because it looks like Rukia took his place. Did Ichigo just...die? Because he sure as fuck lost his power again didn't he? (I assume it will be answered in the last chapter). Did big ol' pupper die or just become lil smol pupper forever? How in blazes did Yhwach (and WHY is his name such a pain to type and say?) die so fucking easily? He was like Madara in a way ._.

The Bleach manga died for me after volume 54 which is where the anime ends! It had a definite ending with Ichigo getting his powers back and reuniting with his friends after restoring order to both sides! Afterwards it just became about killing off characters for nothing more than pointless shock value as well as completely altering the backstories of characters we love and grew up with! I like how things like Komamura's background were left ambiguous for fans to make their own conclusions and the manga ruined it! I also did not like how it contradicted Yachiru's memory from Kenpachi when it was clear she was someone he loved, not Unohana! Having it so Hollow Ichigo is the true Zangetsu after this whole time as well as that Ichigo's mother was a Quincy was just going to far too! Ichigo was supposed to go to Rukia after all this! Tite Kubo built it all up only to drop it at the end for no reason! Orihime would be better off with Uryu! Bleach manga just became like Marvel comics in terms of sucking! The anime is superior in every way! Don't you agree?
