Here is my spin on this classic dish.
Undertakers sausage gravy.
Ingredients:
8 sausages
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of Pabst blue ribbon beer (or any kind of beer you like)
Directions:
Remove the sausage meat from the casing and cook in a frying pan on med-hight heat using a fork brake up the sausage meat in to bite size peaces and let cook until the sausage meat is just about done. Turn down the heat to a low simmer and add the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup as well as the 1/3 cup of milk. Give the sausage gravy a good mixing and let cook until the soup is mixed in will and worm throughout. Opened the PBR or beer of your choice and add to the sausage gravy and let cook for about 5 min more. (now this is the most crucial part of the recipe) drink the rest of the beer and enjoy.
