Title is only that because someone said Vester looked like a Mismagius, and now i can never see Vester without imagining her as a Mismagius. XD
Anyway, One of the things Vester can do is drain energy/magic from someone by kissing/eating them. It isn't subtle, but it's effective. XD And Nagato happened to be her target while walking through the woods....because of course he was.
