Because lot of people wanted it
A very very basic guide of Griffon City, where Dora and Kurfust Klendathu was born and lives. As i always said, is a VERY big city with around 3.5 millons living there
1) The 18th police station where Giselle and Dora works is here.
2) The Mansion of the Mongrel Falily is near the mountains, so have a wonderfull view of almost all the city
3) Dora lives in the suburbs, quite close to the Nuclear Plant of the city
4) Kurfust lives in the border of the most expensive zone of the city, very close to all the parties and discos XD
5) The Rupian Air Force base, where Valentina Fox works with her SU-37

I imagine Talia would have an apartment close to the party center of the city, since she loves to party.
Diego would probably have a house close to the Mongrel mansion. Being Breihzlander's bodyguard would mean that diego would need to either live very close to him, or live in the mansion. Maybe an apartment over the garage?
