my OC, strata. I was feeling frustrated about my art and decided to do something completely self-indulgent...and I actually really like how it came out? so.

For reference: Strata is a super villain, with technopathic abilities (she can communicate with technology) and empathic shapeshifting (can turn into someone she meets, or something she sees, depending on if it resonates strongly with her or not).
