ONCE UPON A TIME, LONG LONG AGO, I went to Metrocon. (I think it was Metrocon anyway.) I was sitting in an event room during some kind of show, opening ceremonies or something, and it was pretty dull.

A few minutes in, the guy in front of me, couldn't take any more of the droning, I presume, because he turned around and went, "Hey. Have you seen Metal Gear Awesome?"

At the time, I didn't know who had made MGA, but I had seen it. This was way back in 2006, thus judging by submission dates, about 4 months after MGA had made it big on Newgrounds. I said, "Yes."

He said, "Cool. I made that. See my shirt?" He pointed to his Newgrounds T-shirt. "Yeah."

"Oh, awesome, haha."

"What have you got on your DS there?"

"Puyo Pop."

"What's that?"

"Fun."

"Cool."

So we played some Puyo Pop together, and he drew this for me http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a.....ri/hotness.jpg . I thanked him, we hung out a bit, fun stuff.

After the convention was over, I went home and checked out who he was a little bit more. I must have punched myself or something because I came to realize Arin = Egoraptor, who I had known of for his old FF7 flashes which I must have seen late middleschool-early highschool.

SO, 3 years and several awesome videos later, some art. Thanks for the picture, and the laughs.
