Your suits are really cool done! In my opinion one of the most close to realistic. Can you tell me, what materials do you use for base and how do you measure head size? Is it polymer clay?

The base is just a resin blank from DVC. For the head size i normally go off of my mannequin head which is a circumference of 23" but if I have a commission that is any larger than that i'll add foam to the mannequin head and tape it down, Then I attach elastic to the blank to keep it on. I hope this answers your questions.

Ah, yep, seems I saw something similar on their site, thanks. May I ask you about the process of coating fur to base? I'm just curious to know how it is usually done. What kind of material does use as fur? As I can see, it's easy to coloring and gluing to surfaces.

I normally get my fur from fursuit supplies.com and i get there Df luxury shag and if they don't have the color i want i got to mendels.com and get there punky muppet fur. Once you make you pattern and cut the fur out you sew the pieces together then hout glue them on to the blank. then you would shave down the fur on the face.
