Rei Utsu, the sweet-toothed hybrid between a Sky Form Shaymin and a Lucario.
Brought up in the Underworld, Rei was but a whelp compared the REAL demons and warriors, but with time, he grew stronger and finally, it was time for him to strike back against those who had taunted him. With a blade in hand, he struck his enemies down, slowly but unknowingly conceding to the Netherworld's corruption after defeating a certain demon, which earned him the title [Demon Lord].
He didn't let the turning stop him, though. If anything, it egged him on, and today, he is one of the more peculiar Overlords the Netherworld has ever had..
