I'd only play with friends on Skype or something, so I'd clamor for an online Mario Party.
Also, if Nintendo was savvy enough, they'd probably rework the game like they did for Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, maybe making a WarioWare mode where you play 5 or so minigames to do better in a metaminigame for shorter play sessions in random matches.
