Reaky finally triumphs over the beast after a difficult battle and even longer eating process. Full and tired from his journey Reaky passes out to digest before moivng on. Only something strange was happening deep in his own mind...

???: Can you hear me?

Reaky: ...*moans*...Wha, dood?

???: Oh good you can hear me! Listen well for we only have a short time to talk.

Reaky: W-who's there, dood? Wait... aren't I still asleep, dood?

???: It's me Gas! Gas the Wyvern! You know the one you just ate! Also yes you are still asleep. I'm communicating with you in your mind with waht little magic I have left.

Reaky: Thats pretty weird, dood. Are you mad, dood?

Gas: About getting eaten? Not really. Actually I'm impressed!

Reaky: Uhm, thanks, dood? You sound different too, dood.

Gas: Oh yeah! I guess Pass no longer has hypnotic control over me. Felt sortof good not having to really think for myself for so long. That's beside the point though. I just wanted to congratualate you on your victory and wanted to explain the new powers I'm giving you for winning.

Reaky: Wait, dood! Your ok with losing, dood. New powers, dood? What about the missing princess, dood?

Gas: Calm down! I have no idea about a princess, or even the last time I got to eat one. The dungeon is strange and I'm pretty sure Pass and I were just blocking a dead end that we called home. From what I understand the dungeon is magical so maybe you just got unlucky.

Reaky: *sigh* Oh no, dood. Now I'll never be a real hero, dood...

Gas: Don't give up! Eating me might have been the key to getting to her!

Reaky: Really, dood!

Gas: Yeah! The power I'm giving to you should unlock the true path now!

Reaky: Thanks so much, dood! ...Though I really wish I didn't just eat you though. Maybe we could have been friends, dood.

Gas: *laughs* Don't feel bad. Trust me I was definately planning to eat you myself.

Reaky: Oh... 0v0;

Gas: Anyway I can feel myself fading away so I don't have much time left to explain my gift. I know about your copy abilities but your new powers should help improve them. Eating me and the other monsters was the first step needed to train your stomach for them to work. Being part skunk is a conveniant bonus helps with the rest!

Reaky: Training my stomach, dood? Being part skunk, dood?

Gas: When you wake up it will all make sense. Trust me you'll need these powers. From what little I understand the "true" dungeon is much harder.

Reaky: Ok, dood. So what will happen to you, dood? Can we talk again later, dood?

Gas: *laughs* Your a little too nice kid. This is it for me and I'm fine with it. I'm food now! Destined to become you fat! Now I'm free as well!

Reaky: Huh? What do mean free, dood?

Gas: This dungeon is our home, but also our prison! We can't leave! Not willingly anyway. It is the curse of the dungeon and we have no clue what causes it, or even how any... of us got here. Becoming your fat we can just leave a part of you instead.*Yawn* Looks like times up! Hope you think of me whenever you give your enemies a good gassing!

Reaky: Wait, dood! What about the dungeon curse, dood? Gassing, dood? I mean I know I smell bad, but people sometimes get used to it (not really), dood! Gas? ...Gas?

The voices stopped and Reaky returned to his deep slumber. An unknown amount of time passed and Reaky awakens to find himself outside and back to his normal somewhat pudgy self. He felt weird for a moment. Patting and rubbing his stomach it felt different, but not entirely sure how. Even his natural skunk odor smelled stronger. Reaky suddenly felt like he knew how to use this like a sudden burst of inspiration! It felt like he always had this strenght, but something was holding it all back. Determined now more than ever he quickly buttoned his tunic back up and faced the dungeon entrance once more. His quest had only just begun!
