Theme/Based on: Carnival scheme +Multiple pop rocks flavors
Price: $15 [UNSURE IF KEEPING]

-They like to flaunt they're layered mane around.
-Usually has balloons, party hats, and popcorn strings with them.

Rules; -You may resell after a week of purchase if they aren't clicking with you BUT only for the same price as you purchased from me.
-Once I've accepted payment, there are no second thoughts or refunds. Which is why you're allowed to resell. All sales are final.
-You may not purchase one of these to use the design for something else, the design sticks with the Sugarflit. (PLEASE)
-You may edit the design but please not too drastically. I don't understand the point in buying a design to completely change it.
