It's never fun chasing wiring faults or trying to figure out which wire does what!
I've been dealing with an odd dynamo system on a bike recently instead of an alternator, hope it doesn't cause you too many issues... it's a Honda after all, it should be pretty simple!

I know but it always makes a good challenge and it's very rewarding when you get everything put back together and it all works. I have shop manuals and parts manuals on my project bike to make it a little easier to figure out which wires to connect simple bike to work on.

Agreed, it's always rewarding when you find the fault! ... But sometimes it can be a bit of a kick in the teeth f something has had you stumped for ages and it turns out to be something simple!
Wiring diagrams and parts manuals are like material of the gods :P

Man....that's a mess Belair. You need to get a comfortable chair and a notepad and to sort all that out!

It looks like this 1 big cluster but it's pretty simple to figure out with the right information.

If you have a wiring diagram, a guy with your talent could figure it out in short order.

Me...on the other hand....could spend all day on something like that (and I have done so on my Fiat)
