I think Litten will evolve into a Fire/Poison type because it's fur is made of oil, Oil is generally poisonous.
I think it will also stay as a cat instead of turning into a Lion or a Tiger, mostly because it's Japanese name has the word "Tabby" in it. Tabby cats are known for having stripes on their body, especially on their foreheads. Tabby cats are related to African Wildcats, and with African Wildcats they are known to spike their fur up to intimidate opponents, which is EXACTLY what Litten does when attacking.
Also, we already have a fire lion, it's Pyroar.
As for being bipedal or not, that is just my personal preference. It could go either way.
