Those that pursue schools other than Elemental (basically just not enlisting in the military) tend to be frail-bodied, celibate bookworms. This is just in general, not everyone is like this but most of those that dedicate their lives to learning magic tend to follow this pattern.
It takes so many years to learn magic that many users are over 40 years old by the time they manage to reach the higher levels. Some may study for 30 years and still not reach master levels within their field but if they do they’re usually only studying one field of magic and even then one specific portion of that field.
With Mind’s Eye a lot of older children and teenagers might take interest for its entertainment value or laziness but it takes a lot of studying and intellect to use this field of magic. Masters of this field tend to have very firm opinions and follow traditions closely or they’re master entertainers and are the exact opposite, living more loosely. There’s no real in-between here.
Mothers and caretakers tend to learn healing magic more than any other average citizen due to their want to help their children. Due to the needs of health providers in the kingdom many masters devote themselves to working in hospitals or training future generation healers.
Those that dislike the use of elemental magic may refer to it as ‘destruction magic’ due to its main uses in battle. Those that do not have an aptitude for Mind’s Eye telekinesis may bypass this by working on amplifying the element rather than controlling its movement, increasing it’s range that way rather than moving it through the air.
I’m finally getting to work on popping out these charts about the world Affinifur is in. This particularly deals with magic and it's rules within the actual kingdom, not the world entirely. I’ve been working on this stuff for six or seven years now so it’s about time I finally get information to you guys haha
So far all you’ve seen is just pictures of Omorphia and Retsis really, so there needs to be some world development already. And not just in my head or in my notes. lol

Due to some aggressive feedback on certain visual elements of this chart I've decided to change the color scheme, get rid of the 'energy flow' pictures that I was sorta wishy-washy on to begin with, and re-submit the work as just the information. *courtesy bow* Thank you for your patience.
I might do specific diagrams of spells in action to show energy flow instead of having still silhouettes later on. But for now this chart is strictly informational. And now purple! \o/
