But this is a route that I am actually building and not something default/provided in-game. So as such it would be allowed as it is original content, yes? Even the engine and cars are custom re-skins I've made myself.

When it comes down to video games, you can even come under fire from this rule if you were to post screenshots of something like Sim Theme Park, or Roller Coaster Tycoon.
If you want, I can just file a report, and see what they say - They are prone to giving exceptions, but it's not something I've seen too often. Aside from that, I wouldn't know what else to do.

I understand where you're coming from, but if this is such a big deal, than there's an absolute ton of TF2 and G-Mod submissions which would/should be removed also if I am in violation.

But...Ugh. You wanna know a sad truth?

The admins on this site do nothing.
They claim "We're volunteers, we don't have to do anything."
So the only way people can get the rules enforced is if they are reported.
They're obligated to handle those. But they don't peruse the site, they don't sweep the place to check for violations themselves. I've submitted well over a thousand reports for violations, and for every one I get, I either get blocked, harassed, or told "Well why don't you go and report X, Y, or Z then?"

The fact of the matter is I can't be everywhere. I'm only one individual.
I can only judge based upon the rules, send it to the admins, and see what they'll do.

If you feel that it is that necessary then report it. However I do believe that I am in line with the AUP as according to section 4.1. Although I have not created the digital models myself, they do feature customs skins to customize them for the route I am building. Credit has been given to those who did build the models and have been re-skinned with permission. The map, although NOT made by me, but for my and credit has also been given to that individual. So based on what the AUP says I do not believe that I am in violation. But again, if you feel the need to report me I won't stop you. My intention is not to be rude or disrespectful towards you. I simply don't see where I am in violation.

Though I will admit that I did add the disclaimer(s) after you messaged me, though I intended on adding them anyway. I had large number of these shots I wanted to upload quickly and after they were I would add the disclaimer. However I will wait to upload the rest until we hear back from the admin.

Well how about this; You've added the disclaimers, and looking at section 4.1 does show you do fall in line with that stipulation.

I don't see a reason then. At this point, I would be in the wrong for reporting.
