For those who do not know this but Karisha and Mena were originally made for a star wars RP long, long ago... but they were denied because apparently mutants are not welcomed in the star wars fandom, let alone furries being an oddball acceptance. go figure. :P
This is just a fun little picture I had made last year. Karisha and Mena finding a pair of old lightsabers in a flea market and got them working again. while playing with their new 'toys' though, they accidentally cut off a part of their ship, their shoes scolding them for messing up and playing with lightsabers as they fall on their bum in surprise.
and yes, their shoes can talk, this picture was just for fun ;)

I know right? but apparently there has been arguments and debates about what is canon and what isn't since artist and people who worked on star wars made their own alien races based on animals, yet the community doesn't see them as canon since they never appeared in the official movies, comics or novals. the only reason these anthro races even exist is because of wookipidia, the star wars Wiki
Also mon calamari are clearly intended to have a frog aesthetic, as well as the bothans who who brought the Death Star II plans being supposedly goatlike (and apparently Disney forgot about that when making the trailer for Rogue One because I certainly didn't see any bothans)
