Entitled: Happy Birthday Alphaleo =^_^=

This is just a little something I drew a few days ago for Raymond Yap’s 26th Birthday. I was not sure on the actual date, thus I’m sorry it is a bit late. Considering it is not the size of the gift nor the amount of time spent drawing the gift, it is the thought that counts.

Well I hope Raymond enjoys this little gift I drew of Alphaleo for him. I really enjoyed drawing it! His character Alphaleo was particularly hard to draw and I hope I’ve done justification to his character. This is also a token of thanks for so many years of truly inspiring an utterly breathtaking art. Raymond is one of the most talented anthro furry artists I know and I think he deserves all the recognition. His sense of anatomy and all things furry is utterly profound and his art is an inspiration to us all.

I decided to draw Alphaleo peering over pride rock as the sun begins to set over the pride lands. I think this is appropriate considering the amazing journey Raymond has traveled since his pilgrimage started eleven years ago. Raymond’s inspiration draws from The Lion King and the impact it made on his life.

In the same way Raymond’s influence has made a profound impact on me as a person to express myself. His art is the sole reason why I have decided to draw or attempt furry art. Thank you so very much Ray and I hope to see loads of amazing art from you in the near future.

You truly deserve to be called a master of furry art, I solute you Master Alphaleo
