This is the one hundred and fifty-third item, the one hundred and twenty-ninth art piece, the seventieth original piece and the third piece for 2016, since the formation of the museum.
This is a new piece that was drawn by my brother
mistypine01 that was commissioned by 
TRAIN which features Germania wearing her winter outfit, in which she adds a pair of long johns which covers her lower body from her waist downward. While you won't be able to tell the different in the present B&W, you will notice when the piece is finally colored.
Anyway, hope you guys will like it. I know that TRAIN does.
