Well, folks have enjoyed the Wetsuit Fluttershy 01 and Action Celestia from my Deep Six dream concept so how about some Rarity.
When the Royal Sisters and the other members of Deep Six need a pony who is knowledgeable about the inner workings of high society they turn to Rarity. The young fashion designer has the pose, looks, wits, and knowledge to mingle with the upper crust of Equestrian society, but she is of low enough social standing that she's able to move amongst the elite almost unnoticed when she wants to. Her vast network of connections throughout the fashion industry and high society gives her a direct line to gossip and scandal that roil throughout the world of Equestria's wealthy where so much intrigue occurs.
Rarity is not a combat master like Rainbow Dash or Applejack, but in close quarters combat she is still quite deadly with her special double-ended rapier designed to be used exclusively with levitation. Also she has a trusty ally in Spike who is always by her side in battle.

I'll give Petina credit, she managed to fly under my radar for the first two pictures. The pictures of Fluttershy taking off her wetsuit are definitely titillating, but this is Fluttershy, so any sensual aspect is entirely accidental on her part. Having done scuba diving and having to peel off a wetsuit myself, it seemed plausible, if fanciful, that such a pose could be unintentionally struck during the process. Even with the sneaky suit and bedroom eyes in Celestia's picture, it only registered as typical levels of sexiness for a show like this.
But with this one, the sneaky suit removal pose is cannot be explained away as accidental, an isolated incident, or hilariously out of character, and the pose is way too provocative to write it off as "that's just TV". Who else in this collective headspace would actively encourage such a thing?
Petina.
And before she makes a go at accusing me of slanderously jumping to conclusions without proof, even she will admit that this is the sort of mischief she'd be up to, and proudly so at that.

Let us not forget about something the Rites of Ascension side story Designing Intrigues pointed out: The magic a fashion designer/seamstress[1] finds useful can also be quite useful to a spy. Consider the basic mending spell, it's great in how it allows you to open a seam to insert a tracking gem or listening device. It's also very useful for doing things like putting the tax seal back on a bottle of gin.
To be fair, the mare was there to assassinate Rarity.
