sparxus gave me enough free reign on this commission (IE: what smart people do, dumb people tell me where to put every limb) to do something kind of cool, I think. His personal character is a Painted Dog (great choice) and he wanted a piece with "Deus Ex" style armor. Being a fan of the game, and larger genre, I decided to do a piece featuring smart camo that wasn't blending into the background but emulating the patterns of the wearer itself, a sort of "false nudity" that I found visually interesting. Also you can sprout swords out of your arms in Deus Ex so, to round out the color scheme, blue laser sword arms for rim lighting. Hope he likes it, I sure as hell do!
