This 5 inch naturally deceased snapping turtle skull (Chelydra serpentina) has processed/cleaned by me. I used my own homemade paints and stains to give the skull the look of ancient bronze with real copper highlights that accentuate the natural shape of the skull. The jaw is cemented in place and blended with a bit of Sculpy at the joints.

This splendidly dinosaurian pendant hangs on a 20 inch stout copper chain with latch clasp.

Free bonus: Buyer may choose a dangle accent like a small red feather dangle or bronze key dangle. The accent will be attached to the uppermost crest of the skull and will require a few more days' production time.

The skull is shown here with the beak sheaths on it. The sheaths have not been cemented in place and can be removed if the buyer prefers. Photos of the skull without the beak sheaths are available on request! If the buyer makes no requests the skull will be shipped as shown, with the beak sheaths cemented on.

Please note the size of the skull before ordering. This is not a small nor delicate necklace!
