So here's my workout plan. I tried focusing on workouts that target my stomach, waist, and thighs. And I really can't do crunches, I don't have the coordination. So, I added 10 extra crunches to the end of this set in exchange.
And wow, my stomach is tight lol. As you can see, I'm also keeping track my body measurements. I want to try and get down to at least 141 pounds (average weight for women my height). My other measurements, I really have no goal, because I have no idea how my body will turn out, especially with me starting hormones soon.
