Welp, you just wasted a whole lot of money on this.
Seriously, that is one of the worst series of fics on fimfic. So much plot convenience that nothing happens naturally. Hell the very diea someone would send one of the mane six on such missions is stupid.
This is a classic example of a villain sue. He isn't even an actual threat now. He is 100% artificial as a threat even with somehow stealing sombra magic. Hell sombra even in the show seems to be at most as powerful as celestia, his horn alone would be weaker than sombra was, so he is weaker than celestia.
