Mia Sugiyama -Painful Memory
I name drop this character every now and then as she was killed in Kingman's origin and was his first lover...BUT I have never drawn her. For Kingman she holds a huge amount of regret and pain, because of how things ended and how he fell into a deep depression afterwards.
When alive Mia Sugiyama was the daughter of an inventor designing high performance racing bikes. When the inventor created a fully functioning anti-grav engine, he envisioned creating a new sport of super fast jetbikes screaming around race courses in excess of 300 mph, and in a straight line blistering past the sound barrier. His favorite test pilot was his daughter. Already an accomplished and some would say reckless driver Mia loved to race everything with an engine, cars, bikes, motorcycles, unicycles, boats, tanks, submarines, biplanes to jets, etc.
When her father passed of natural causes though, she found someone had stolen the first prototype bike he had built. When she tracked down the thief she watched in horror as he tried to pilot the bike and wrecked it into an oil refinery.
Distraught and with nothing but her father's blueprints she was approached by the Inquisition...if she'd be a combat pilot and driver for Inquisitress Kreszentia Kardos, they'd fund and build her bike. She agreed. The bike was built to specs identical to the one her father built. Albeit the Inquisition weaponized it with hardpoints for 4 air to air missiles and a Shipunov GShG-7.62 minigun to attack ground targets.
During Kingman's first mission as an Inquisitor to assassinate a rogue Inquisitor Jorge San Juan, she was struck by a flak cannon. Mortally wounded and with her team approaching in a vulnerable Bartini Beriev VVA-14 she used her last moments to tell Kingman she loved him before performing a kamikaze into the gun emplacements by the beached submarine San Juan and his cultists were using as a base. This allowed the team to land and board the sub, though San Juan initially escaped.
What no one knows except Kingman is right before the mission the two got into an argument and Kingman called her a 'coward' since she rarely stayed in the combat zone, has her missions were strictly hit and run and scouting, he felt if she stayed her jetbike's firepower would be better used. She thought his plan would expose her fast but ultimately fragile craft...in the end she was right and Kingman got her killed.

I think it would only make sense to draw her to give a even much detailed vision of who this brave soul was really. Like how we all wondered who Charlie Nash was back in Street Fighter II era until Street Fighter Alpha came out and then we all go, "Ohhhh- so THAT'S Guile's best friend who was killed!"
