Yeah, I only gave a small description in the reference pic description. It's the result of serious injury and serious illness, something to reflect stuff that's happened to me in real life. (I know I refer to him as my character, but he really is my fursona the more I think about it)
I have several scars on my neck, one from when I was not even two. I was carrying a piece of wood with the head of a nail sticking out when I tripped and fell and the head went right through the top of my neck. Another was when I was in a car accident. I was in the passenger seat and another car broadsided that entire side, leaving me with another big cut. And the third is from a biopsy and additional medical work done when I had cancer. I basically combined them for the character. Like Drac, I'm pretty self conscious about them, since it always seems to be the first thing people notice about me.
